Francesca is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Consultant at Leading Boards, Africa.
She is an MBA(UMI), Advocate, Chartered Secretary and Chartered Governance Professional. She brings on board over 14years working experience in providing legal and governance solutions to national and multi-national Boards of Directors and companies across Africa, both in the private & public sector.
She is a member of the International Bar Association, a fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute (United Kingdom) and a member of Uganda Law Society and East African Law Society.
She currently sits on the Board of World Vision Uganda, Vision Fund Uganda where she chairs the Governance, Nominations and Human Resource Committees, Mbeleni Foundation where is Chairperson and Fravan Safaris Ltd as a director.
Francesca is passionate about governance and its contribution to creating high performing organizations. She is excited to be part of our LBA team in the steering role.
